For better development in the future, we think we still have some points to perfect.

The first is that in the promotion round, we should concentrate more on our target audiences. We thought of using media that we can reach, such as blog, facebook, MSN and so on, ignoring the fact that such media are too much broad. Actually, we should narrow down to where our audiences may concentrate. Mui's fans club forum is a good choice in this way, as well as other similiar music forums. It is more effective with an accurate target.

Secondly, we should make more efforts on decorating our auction page, including providing enough information about the product and decorating it to a Mui style. The page is the door to our product. As our product is not the only one in the world, the unqualified page look may drive audiences away as well.


Thirdly, our duration of the auction is too short. So, we think we should start the auction earlier, and make a longer auction time, therefore, more people will visit us.

1. Xanga-it is an extremely commonly used blog for HK people. So we are going to to make a little advertisements (including the photo of th record and its description) and post it my xanga blog to tell my friends, my friends' friends or even more. Also, we may attach those sounds from the records to my xanga as background music to attract the potential buyers.

2. Facebook- we will also post that little advertisement on our facebook, and, we are going to change the signature into some words infoming others abou the sale of Anita's record.

3. Youtube-upload a video combining that advertisement and those music. Also, name the video as Anita Mui Gramophone Record Selling (both in English and Chinese), so once people search her name, our video must be seen!!!!

4. Internet forum-we decide to open a post in one of the famous internet forum-Hong Kong Golden (http://forum.hkgolden.com/). As this forum gathered lots of middle-aged Hong Kong people, who may be interested in collecting Gramophone Records, so are going to open a post there. But we will do a little bit trick that we will pretend an user opening a post, asking about "Where i can find Anita Mui's Gramophone Records?" Then we will answer this question right afterwards or even pretending more users to do so, ao to attract the potential buyers to our auction!
